Complaints
RuckPath / StickPath
If something has gone wrong, tell us. This page says how, and what we will do about it.
How to complain
Email support@ruckpath.app.
Include your name, your child’s club, and what has gone wrong. If it concerns a particular child, give their name and age group so we can look at the right record.
What we will do
Within 28 days — we give you a full answer: what we found, what we are doing about it, and what happens next.
If it will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
Complaints about your data
Requests to see, correct or delete personal data, and complaints about how we have handled it, carry a statutory deadline of one month. Email the same address.
Complaints about a coach or a club
We do not run your child’s club, appoint or vet its coaches, or carry out safeguarding checks. Those are the club’s responsibility under its governing body’s rules.
Safeguarding concerns go to your club’s safeguarding officer or to the governing body. If a child is at immediate risk, contact the police or children’s services. Tell us as well if the platform is involved, and we will act on it.
Complaints about coaching, selection or how a child is being treated are for the club. Ask us if you are not sure who to contact.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us and we will review the matter again.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights, including your right to bring a claim in the courts.
